while my lower level has improved since the first beginnings, I wonder how people are able to squat a seat spin / gun so easily? like that they manage to sit and balance under their kneecaps while I struggle to keep my feet parallel to the ice. has it to do with height, training, leg position, or what? if it's a workout, I can understand that, but I was wondering if any of you know if other factors play a role?
